Replaced rotten seal plates, joist and banding. The job was done as expected and fairly fast. One item was overlooked but fixed immediately. Also cleaned out crawl space and installed mod treatment and installed new insulation.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Foundation Doctor! Garrett and his team worked hard over the course of several months to lay the foundation to convert our crawl space to a finished basement. They worked closely with a structural engineer and did an incredible job. It was clear that they were taking their time and working hard to get the job done correctly. Most importantly, though, Garrett was friendly, communicative and professional. He was so kind to our three children and sweet to our dogs. Every day, he updated me about what had been accomplished that day and the plan for the next day. This level of professionalism and quality service is just not easy to find. If we ever needed foundation work done again, I would call Foundation Doctor without hesitation. This crew was, from beginning to end, an absolute pleasure to work with and we are grateful for their help.

In additional to quality work we pride ourselves on being competitively priced for all of our services. Let us give you a Free Estimate and you can see for yourself!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a quick phone call to try and understand the exact issue facing the customer and to schedule an onsite estimate. Once a date and time for our Free Estimate is confirmed we will show up on time and explain our findings with the customer along with a detailed quote for any repairs we are recommending.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a NC and SC General Contractors License (NC #102400 & SC #125566). Over 300 successful projects completed each year
