We had two cleaners cancel on us and Justin went out of his way to help us. We scheduled him the same day. He showed up with his entire family at 7pm on Saturday night to clean our house. We needed to get it cleaned on that particular Saturday because we had scheduled real estate photographers for Sunday morning to take photos for our listing. Justin was so kind and sweet and actually showed up like he said he would! The quality of the clean was everything we asked for and more. I'm not sure what is up with Charlotte cleaners (I live in Atlanta and was pre-scheduling cleaners from GA), but they don't seem to want to work when they say they will. We have never had any problems in Atlanta. So, I would be very careful when scheduling cleaners in Charlotte. We even gave a deposit to one of the cleaners that didn't show up. I hope they refund the money, but I may have to stop payment on my American Express which is just a hassle. Save yourself some time and worry and just go with Justin. He saved our day!!!!
