First off, the guys doing the move were excellent. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the truck size that was sent for the job. We had to make multiple trips with the 17ft truck for the 5 bedroom move rather than a 24 ft which could have knocked it out in one shot. Other than that, we had a great experience and I will be recommending Flat Rate to others in the area that have a move.

I am a Realtor. After closing for one of my clients the mover they hired didn't show up. We called and Derek and his crew arrived on time and on short notice. They were professional, efficient, took care not to damage anything and were personable as well. I heard about them from someone who used them and was as pleased as my clients. I plan to give them referrals and use them for my move coming up soon!

I have used Derek's service 3 times in the last year, the price is very affordable, the guys are polite & efficient, and my moves have gone very smooth. These guys go above and beyond, they have picked up additional furniture for me and taken beds apart and put them back together again. I will always use Derek and crew for my moving needs. I've even recommended them to friends and both have agreed they're great!!

The morning started well as the movers called on time to make sure I was home, and said they would see me shortly. Two hours later, I get a call that they had a flat tire and they would keep me updated. Three hours after the call about the tire, they informed we they were finally on the way. After a SIX hour delay, my move finally started. They didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. The movers were nice and came prepared, but didn't seem like they had been told any previously given information, such as ending address and what items needed to be moved.
