Sassy Girl Fitness is a alternative fitness studio just for women, specializing in pole dance and feminine movement. Our classes are fun, unique and effective, while provided in a safe, comfortable and tasteful setting. All shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome.
We also offer in-studio and off-site women-only parties ideal for a bachelorette celebration, girls' night out, birthdays or just because.

Sassy Girl Fit is a great and safe loction for ladies to come and meet new friends while getting the exercise we all need and deserve. The facility is well maintained and feels very comfortable.
I have made some new friends already and plan on using this facility for a long time to come. The classes offered are what I am looking for and Kasey is such high energy you can't help but leave knowing you got a great workout and with a huge smile on your face.
Anyone interested in the classes Sassy girl Fit provides will not be dissappointed and the prices are VERY resonable.
Come on in and say "HI", I'll be the one glistening with sweat and a huge smile on my face.

I have been attending classes at Sassy Girl for almost a month now and I have loved every minute of it. The classes are FUN. But you also know you are getting a great workout. I have taken a lot of exercise classes over the years and this is the first time I have felt like I was having more fun than working out! The instructors use great music and have great energy. I highly recommend!
