We are a company that prides itself in customer service, workmanship skills and the affordability to have custom jobs performed without breaking the bank. Follow up is something that I pride myself in, you’re able to reach me 24 hours a day for emergency services and up till 8:00 nightly to discuss your needs. We’ve been doing this for 31 years now and love everything that we do. I love what I do for a living, I’m one of those who never dreads going to work, lol. Needed gas line work done on the house to correct a mistake made when installing our new gas range. Was able to get on the schedule the next day and get the work finished. Our range now sits flush with the wall and we have a safer setup for any further maintenance if needed. Technician was a pro and super friendly. I asked a ton of questions and he shared knowledge freely. They insured a safe installation.

This was a last minute request but Glenn delivered! There wasn’t any availability until next week and I needed the work completed within 48 hours. I was overjoyed that everything was completed in time for my appliance arrival. I would definitely call them if I had any plumbing or gas line issues.

I contracted Glenn last year to do a gas line relocation and plumbing in a new bathroom for me. Not only is he very fair with his pricing- he also provided me with tons of advice and knowledge on other parts of my project as well. We finally wrapped up the bathroom last week and I can’t thank Glenn and his company enough. We are extremely satisfied with his work and plan to utilize him for all future gas and plumbing projects. I price jobs so that they are affordable so customers are not likely to skip annual maintenance due to high costs and up selling. Pricing custom jobs such as fireplaces, I work within a customer’s budget to try and give them what they desire.

Start by listening and understanding the customers needs.
