- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't compete with pricing, i always try give my best price upfront. And dominate on my skills and services to my customers. Cheap pricing doesn't mean always good, or good pricing doesn't mean good work. The right price, the right contractor, and the right client equals Perfect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into the construction industry 7 years ago. I loved what i did and saw that i could make a big difference in this industry doing other things differently then other company's.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with, lawyers, Doctors, Law enforcements, Realtors, Engineers, and CEO's of their own business. I have worked with hundreds of customers and every customer has different personalities, back ground in professional career, ethnicity and different views of a home improvement project, concerns and point of view. I have customers that have trusted me all the way of the project and had customers every hour come to see the project and ask questions. Doesn't make a difference, If a customers hires me quality work and professionalism and character on my part will be delivered that's The NEW GENERATION WAY.
