Every project is different, accurate pricing requires a thorough inspection of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather information over the phone then do a thorough inspection of the home to identify infestation levels and entry points animals are using. Then I put together a plan to trap the critters and remove them and to seal all entry and exit points so they don’t come back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Wildlife Biology from Clemson University and am a certified Wildlife Damage Control Agent through the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission.
