Tommie was able to respond promptly after being contacted. Unfortunately, our washer motor was shot; so, the part had to be ordered and took about a week to come in. Thankfully, it came in a couple days early and Tommie immediately contacted us to schedule installation. We’re now up and running. Tommie was actually able to diagnose another long existing problem (the dogs had totally deteriorated - gone). So, the washer is actually working better now than ever, in the last 10 years since we’ve used it (we rent and it came with). We are very satisfied customers.
