Very reasonable quote, got started right away, it does take him longer than a multi-employee company since he works alone but he's up front about that difference. Very prompt, communicated well about unexpected issues that came up in the project & some unanticipated delays. Does not try to sell you anything you don't need. We are very pleased with our new duct work!

Although I ended up not needing them, I'm giving them 5 stars anyway! I mentioned in my message that I'd only been in the house for five months, and Wayne suggested I check my home warranty first to see if my ailing HVAC was covered. It was, indeed, and so he saved me some $$. I really really appreciated his honesty, and if I need HVAC repair in the future, I will call them first!

He was the only one to offer us a "packaged unit". We had many others quote the job, but he was the only one who said he could do it, and he did! He also kept me informed of all work dates and issues. Very pleased with the results!!

Harold-Wayne installed ductwork and a heat pump in my house, which had had only electric baseboard heat. He did a great job and I found him to be honest,reliable and conscientious and I appreciate that he did not push or hard sell. Because he works alone he can't install a system as fast as a company with many workers but he charges less than the big operations do and tells you exactly what he's doing and when he will be there. It was a good experience.
