- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer mini session versions with all of my sessions, if you are looking for a few precious shots. Unless otherwise requested I deliver all images in a private online gallery. Once I have sent you the link, those photos are yours. You may print them, post them, burn them (please don't, I take a lot of time to edit hah).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to schedule a phone consultation with my new customers prior to our shoot. I also have an intake form that helps me identify my client's vision for the session and understand the "why" behind it. It's important to me, that I customize each session according to client preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In being a self taught artist, I am able to incorporate several techniques while developing my own style and flow.
