- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most clients pay an hourly fee OR a fixed general price depending on the scope of job to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having clients entrust me to capture memories and events is something I value highly and I strive to exceed their expectations as I know what it means to receive such. I always prefer to chat with my clients directly and gain an understanding of their needs, dreams, expectations, shot list, pertinent background information regarding the subject (s) to be photographed, budget, deadline etc. All questions, ideas, feedback is addressed verbally and in writing do both parties are assured of expectations. Any appropriate deposits are retained accordingly. If we both determine the fit is right, we proceed in accordance with above. I like to stay engaged with my clients referring updates, changes etc. I know life happens and I do my best to accommodate a client’s needs as they arise.
