We discovered bed bugs in our daughter's bed and immediately started shopping for an exterminator. We found The Finish Line through Thumbtack and never looked back. The price Josh quoted us was very reasonable and remained the same once the job was completed. The prep work we had to do prior to their visit was extensive and we had many questions as we were preparing. Josh always responded quickly and gave us peace of mind that we were preparing correctly. Tyler was very helpful and thorough when he treated our home. The customer service they both gave us is hard to come by. We will use them again.

Josh was great answering my questions on the phone and was able to schedule me at a convenient time for me. Tyler was on time. He explained what he was doing and was friendly and courteous. He was done in the quoted time frame. Overall a great experience for a not so great bug problem.

From the initial contact on Thumbtack, to the onsite consultation with Josh to the actual meeting with Tyler on the day of providing extermination services, I couldn't have been more pleased with their professional rapport! They were thorough in their assessment and very open to answering any questions we may have had or may have still! Tyler came in and treated our home in all the bedrooms as well as the living room! I feel so at ease in my home! My son is walking a lot lighter now because this burden was lifted. We know that there may be some that show up...but feel very confident that they will not survive! But to ensure our peace of mind, Finishline gave us a 60 day warranty on the job just in case they have to treat it again at no additional cost to us! I don't make recommendations of anything or anyone unless I think that I've been given the best experience possible! That's exactly what we had...the Best experience possible. Thanks guys!👍🏾

I ended up canceling the service before they came out because of reasons outside of Finish Line but the customer service was great. Josh was extremely helpful over the phone in determining what service I would need. They were very quick to respond and timely in moving along with getting someone scheduled to come out and exterminate.
