Without a doubt, the most responsive service I have ever dealt with. If Anthony doesn't answer when you call, he will call you back in minutes. He stands by his service and will continue service until the job is DONE. Our situation was caught early, so it was only limited to one bedroom. Rhodes/Anthony still did all our bedrooms and couches to make certain we didn't run into problems with bed bugs anywhere else in our home. And he succeeded! We are now bed bug free and sleeping soundly once again. If you find yourself in our situation, and find you have bed bugs after traveling, call Anthony. Issue - gnawing and scratching issues coming from the attic / space between roof and attic. Mr. Rhodes reached out immediately after I submitted my request on thumbtack. He was kind and inquisitive and gave us the perfect amount of information to help us from afar (we just moved into our house and we were worried we may have a big problem on our hand). As others have mentioned he also took the time to walk us through new homeowner tips and ways we could save money while still solving any issues!
