We worked with Heather to design a logo for our board game cafe, and we are very happy with her work! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm looking to create long-term working relationships. My clients understand that it’s more than money that makes it work. I can be flexible with pricing but this would need to be discussed upon hire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the most important thing in establishing that not only do I get the job done…but get it done well! That’s why I like to gain an understanding about my clients’ interests, backgrounds and set realistic and attainable expectations throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from MN State University Moorhead, I ‘ve been in the graphic design field for 17 years helping a variety of customers achieve their goals.
