Project Discussion: We talk details — what you need, your expectations, materials, and timeline. 3. Site Visit (if needed): I assess the work in person to give the most accurate estimate. 4. Clear Estimate: You’ll receive transparent pricing with no hidden fees. 5. Scheduling: We lock in a date and time that works best for you. 6. Doing the Work: I arrive on time, complete the work with care, and keep you updated throughout the process. 7. Customer Walkthrough: Once finished, I review the work with you to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. 8. Payment & Follow-Up: After completion, payment is collected and I check in to ensure everything is still working perfectly. My goal is to make the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and reliable from start to finish.
