I loved working with Leo's Wood Flooring. They were super responsive, professional and the work was high quality! I bought a house in the area and the wood floors were beautiful but became orangey with age. They just looked outdated. Leo's team helped me choose a color and provided in home samples. My floors look amazing and expensive! So happy with their service all around. I highly recommend!

Leo and his team worked on 55 year old oak hardwoodfloors. The floors had never been refinished so the team had a lot to do to make it look outstanding. There was damage around two of the A/C vents, cigarette burns, and stains. They were able to repair around the vents and replace the burned areas.We contacted Leo on August 11th to look at the floors and let us know if his team could help our floors. We received the quote in a timely manner and chose Leo's team over the other companies because his team could repair and replace portions of the hardwood floor.Leo's team arrived on the scheduled day of Monday, October 5th. They were scheduled at 11:00 but were delayed until 1:00. Leo sent text messages to let us know arrival times and the delay. Since we were not quite ready, the delay was a good thing. There was a further delay because the sander was not compatible with our outlet. The hardwoodfloor team came back on Wednesday and work began. All hardwoodfloor sanding, staining, and finishing was completed by Friday evening! Some of the team returned on Monday to add the baseboard and quarter round. We are happy with the work.Alex, the LVT specialist, came on Tuesday and placed the LVT in the kitchen. His work was awesome. The baseboard and quarter round team finished the kitchen on Monday.I would highly recommend Leo and his teams (hardwood and LVT) for renovations and repairs.Thank you Leo, Alex, Jorge and all the other team members.

Earlier this summer, my husband and I received three quotes for carpet removal and the installation of engineered hardwoodflooring in all the bedrooms of our house to match the rest. All transitions are so smooth, you cant tell its not in the original built. We chose Leos company due to his exceptional explanation of the process, comprehensive installation options, and transparent timeline for project completion. Throughout the process, he maintained professionalism and communicated the progress of the work, considering the houses vacancy. The entire installation was of the highest quality, from the craftsmanship of the installation to the exceptional customer service and timely delivery of the finished floors. We are extremely satisfied with the results and the competitive pricing. I had previously used another flooring company in my home in Holly Springs, and I can confidently say that the difference is significant. I highly recommend Leos company. While the photographs do not fully capture the quality of their work (due to poor lighting), I would not hire any other company in this area for any flooring needs. Thank you!

I asked for several quotes. Leos tried to fit into the time I wished the job would be completed. Explained to the difference between different floor sealers. And when the material entered their shop, they were ready to install! The men were polite and professional. Try them out!!!

At Leo’s Wood Floors, most jobs are priced by the square foot. For very small areas, we have a minimum charge so we can fairly cover travel, set‑up, and clean‑up. Your price will depend on the size of the job, the condition of your floors, and whether you need stain, repairs, or stairs done. We are always happy to walk you through the estimate so you understand exactly what you’re paying for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and clear. First, you tell us about your project and share photos or schedule a visit. Next, we look at your floors, answer your questions, and provide an estimate. If you decide to move forward, we agree on dates, explain how long the job should take, and talk about things like furniture and pets. During the job, we keep you updated and do our best to keep your home as clean as we can. At the end, we walk the space with you to make sure you’re happy with the results.

Our experience comes from years of hands‑on work with real hardwood floors. We have spent many hours sanding, staining, and finishing floors under the guidance of experienced professionals.
