- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I include a three or four hour job quote to each customer, depending on if they want deep cleaning or general cleaning. And I can normally finish a job in that time. Extra services are calculated into the quotes as well. Seasonal, new customer, and repeat customer discounts available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide contact info to my customers ao that we can discuss all details of the job, answering any questions, and to set up appointments before locking in appointment time and date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 year degree in business management and I have been in business in upstate New York for 4 years before relocating here to North Carolina.
