Here's what to expect: Flat-Rate or Hourly Options: Pricing is based on the size of the space, condition, and type of service requested. We’ll confirm the rate upfront during booking. Deep Cleaning: Our deep cleaning services are more comprehensive and are priced higher than standard cleanings due to the level of detail and time involved. Travel Fees: A small travel fee may apply for locations outside our regular service area, which will be discussed during scheduling. Last-Minute or Emergency Appointments: Same-day or next-day requests may include a rush fee depending on availability. Discounts: 10% off for first-time customers Referral discounts – Refer a friend and receive a discount on your next cleaning Recurring service discounts – Save more with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly bookings No Hidden Fees: You’ll never be surprised by unexpected charges. Our Process for Working with New Customers At Scents of Hope LLC, we make it easy and stress-free to get started with our cleaning services. Here’s what you can expect: Initial Inquiry & Quote You reach out to us via *****, *****, or our *******. We gather key details about your space, service needs, and preferred timing. Based on that, we provide a free estimate. Appointment Confirmation Once you approve the quote, we schedule your cleaning and send a confirmation ***** with your Welcome Letter and Service Agreement attached. Service Agreement & Walkthrough We ask that you fill out and return the service agreement before the appointment. For in-depth jobs like deep cleans or move-outs, we may do a brief walk-through upon arrival to confirm the scope of work. The Cleaning Experience Our team arrives on time and fully equipped. We perform the cleaning with attention to detail and professionalism, ensuring everything meets your expectations. Final Walkthrough & Feedback Once the cleaning is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough if you’re available or follow up to make sure you're satisfied with the service. Payment & Follow-Up We accept multiple payment methods and send a receipt upon completion. You'll also receive a follow-up message and information on discounts for recurring services or referrals.
