• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My pricing estimates roughly break down to $25 per hour

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  First we have a brief consult to see what their needs and expectations are. Then they show me their space or project, and I get to work. I create a game plan to finish within the estimated time, and I’ll occasionally give updates during work. After I’m finished I check in with the client to see if they’re pleased and then we handle payment

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I've worked with 3 professional cleaning companies in the course of 8 years of professional experience.
