- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no complicated pricing. My fees are discussed upfront so that there will be no misunderstandings. I bill on going and not at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No. I just read magazines and furniture market booklets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I joined a family owned business and worked there 35 years until I closed the business in its 75th year. This is a real milestone in today's world.
