Within literally 90 seconds of making the request on Thumback— Joseph called me. He was here on a Monday morning within less than an hour—keeping me updated of his ETA along the way. He and his partner came in quickly, removed the heavy furniture to dispose of, and were so careful to avoid damaging any walls or doors. He didn't even charge anything extra when I told him it was in the basement and would need to be moved through the yard due to its size. Great company to work with! I'd highly recommend!

Joe is great. Polite and very reasonable. He had all the equipment and help he needed to take more stuff than we originally thought. He helped move things out from 3 different floors. Would highly recommend.

Joe was absolutely incredible to work with. When I reached out for help moving storage items for my parents, he responded within minutes. Even with his busy schedule, he was able to squeeze us in on very short notice, which we truly appreciated.
