Introduction: Hello. My name is Allen Thomas and I run a catering company called Memorable eats here in the Raleigh/Durham area where the food is not only good but it's memorable. My passion for cooking stuck with me since I was a child, now as an adult preparing meals for people too eat is quite fantastic.
