- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your will get a fair market rate and exceptional service. I know there is a need for a quality service to clients but it doesn't have to break the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a client for detailed information on the type of service needed so that I can provide the most accurate rate and information as possible over the phone so that when we meet in person the transaction is as quick and seamless as possible. Dealing with documents can be confusing and make some nervous. I want to make it a pleasant experience for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A professional attitude and positive client experience is important to me. I have taken and passed the National Notary Association's Notary Essentials and Notary Signing Agent Training Course. I have been a Public Notary for over 10 years and was commissioned in the state of North Carolina before relocating back to Texas. I have completed everything from Loan closings to notarizing car titles and Wills. I understand that discretion and confidentiality with a client's documents are extremely important. I have worked in the fields of Insurance, Sales, Patient care and Customer Service industry.
