The work I do is integrative and therapeutic for all layers of the body system. Clients that have worked with me feel seen and heard in their own authentic expression. I can work energetically, somatically or a combination of both. I blend various modalities such as Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Movement Therapy, and more for added support during the session. I also offer complementary lifestyle, movement and energetic recommendations to help your system fully integrate the work for lasting results. I want to help you feel more present and more connected in your body. I can offer support as you find more intrinsic ways to manage chronic pain, anxiety, depression and the disconnect you feel with life. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15 min. phone consultation. When we meet I will go over your intake form and we can then discuss what modalities will best to serve your unique system. After the session, I may offer exercises, energetic holds or other self care options for you to use at home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Somatic Therapist, LMBT # 11807, Reiki Master, E-RYT, practitioner of yoga and creative movement for over 20 years, various somatic studies , including many hours of Polarity Therapy, Continuum, Authentic Movement, CST, mindfulness practices, and a long time meditation practice.
