- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would never want you to miss out on capturing important moments due to a financial barrier. If my pricing isn't feasible for you, let's chat and figure something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect and find out what/where/when you're looking to schedule so that we can get it on the books. I'll then send a style guide to help with selecting outfits, but it will always come down to what YOU feel best in. I'll show up to our location a bit early, we will meet and get to know each other, and get started! It's important to me that you feel comfortable, so if there are additional things you'd like to discuss via email/phone/in-person, I'm always open for that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals, couples, and families of all shapes, genders, colors, and kinds are welcome here! I've primarily worked with families, couples, seniors, and the occasional drag queen. I'm always open to trying something new, so if you have a project or idea in mind, let's chat!
