- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do offer discounts We have senior special (over the age 60) And refer a friend it’s $20 OFF for every referral Organizing Junk removals and more Prices vary (but we are reasonable)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quoting the customer and speaking with them. If a quote doesn’t work out, I’m always willing to work with them. After hiring, we go to their house for an evaluation and then we schedule a clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience with cleaning. Cleaning has been my life. I have two degrees one in nursing and the other in business and administration.
