- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the personality and goals someone is looking to attain... I’d offer a free, no-obligation fitness session so you can get a feel for my style of training. I’d, also, prepare a fitness assessment (body measurements, BMI) to determine someone’s current fitness level.
