We hired Williams Lawn Care to pretreat and do snow plow for a commercial property. When it came down to it, we were unable to reach them to get any updates and when we finally did, we were told work was being done which was not the case. There was little to no communication on their part. They did not follow through on what they agreed to do which left us in a bind. Very unprofessional.
