A woman of clarity and strong views, Kim does a great job and overdelivers on her commitments. I've worked with her twice now, and she's helped me move my business forward in much-needed ways by helping me set up an infoproduct for a teleseminar the first time, and then putting it up on line the second. It took her 2 or 3 weeks to sort me all out (largely dictated by my schedule, as well as hers), she delivered on-time or ahead of time, and the documents and pages she created were clean, logically laid out, and attractive -- a great basis from which I could tweak and make them my own. If you want a strong advocate in your corner, go with Kim.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Making sure we are a great fit is so important that I offer a complimentary 30-minute chat to break the ice. From that chat, we can both decide if there is a connection between us and working together would be beneficial. Contact me for a link to my schedule and we'll meet online at your convenience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer AFTER the complimentary 30-minute chat includes the selection of a coaching/service package, reviewing and accepting the coaching agreement, making the payment, setting up an account, and getting started with orientation forms. Everything is conducted online, to include appointment scheduling, email communication, and video conferencing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certifications in 2017 as a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Marketing Coach. I have been a Certified Virtual Assistant since 2008 and an avid user of The Coaches Console since 2007. I completed my BA in Business Management in 2003.
