- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Making sure we are a great fit is so important that I offer a complimentary 30-minute chat to break the ice. From that chat, we can both decide if there is a connection between us and working together would be beneficial. Contact me for a link to my schedule and we'll meet online at your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer AFTER the complimentary 30-minute chat includes the selection of a coaching/service package, reviewing and accepting the coaching agreement, making the payment, setting up an account, and getting started with orientation forms. Everything is conducted online, to include appointment scheduling, email communication, and video conferencing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certifications in 2017 as a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Marketing Coach. I have been a Certified Virtual Assistant since 2008 and an avid user of The Coaches Console since 2007. I completed my BA in Business Management in 2003.
