- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services based on rooms or areas. Every home is different. We evaluate the room or areas count them and price accordingly. We go over any areas of special attention IE pet urine, traffic lane or stains.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to earn new customers each and every day. Its starts with the phone call and scheduling the FREE estimate. Once we arrive on the schedule date, the technician will evaluate your carpet in your home and present anything they found. If you agree they can start the work on that day or schedule another date for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly strive to stay relevant to the industry changes to allow us to provide impeccable services to our customers. We constantly are seeking education and training for our customers.
