During the heat wave our HVAC went out and I called diff.companies but Service Edge were able to come the next morning. Eddie was our service provider who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain what was wrong and what his plan was to fix it. We sat down and discussed the fees for what was needed to be done. Eddie finished his job and answered my concerns. I did have some issues after he left but he came back later in the day to address them.Bottom line is 2 days later HVAC still was not working the way it should so called Service Edge back and they squeezed me in that day..Eddie again was the technician and diagnosed another issue.Again discussed the fix and the cost of it before doing it.Bottom line is this company is by far the most knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable.Highly recommend for there work ethics and there prices...5stars to this company and there employees....Even the employees I spoke to over the phone were all very curtious and friendly.Good to know there's companies like Service Edge still out there.

The guys came out looked over my problems (thermostat & duct work) talked to with me gave me some options and got the the job done! Very fast friendly knew what they was talking about never pushing product's on me or tried to push any more work for me to get done! They gave me a quote that's what I paid! I highly recommend..

They are great! They did a complete overhaul of our system. They worked tirelessly to install new duct work, a new energy efficient natural gas furnace, new condenser and all of the gas lines needed to keep our house warm. Before, our house was cold and the old system barely put out any warm air. After they installed the new system we almost had to open the windows lol. We had no idea how bad our system was running before. Thank you so much Bobby and James for taking care of us. They arrived quickly, are very professional, serve great products at a very fair price. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Service Edge did a great job on my hvac. I didn’t have power and they came out next day in the afternoon and fixed everything and even did some maintenance and cleanup. I enjoyed their work so much I bought a yearly service contract

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront, flat rate pricing which means you know what the investment is before we start. Also once we quote a project you can be sure it won’t change. If there are unforeseen issues, we will discuss the plan ahead of time so you are clear on what needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out in a clearly marked, fully stocked service van. Then we perform a complete and thorough evaluation of the entire system including ductwork, we build several options for you to choose from. This allows you to prioritize safety issues over preventative maintenance and puts you in control of your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We participate in ongoing manufacturer training programs, NATE Certification and NC state licensing requirements.
