I greatly appreciate the quality of the work provided by Derrick. He responded quickly (within a few hours), and he was able to work me into his schedule for the next day. He was very punctual by arriving slightly before the time we had scheduled. He was very professional and respectful of me and my home. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was reasonable and it included the price of the materials. We decided on a price on the phone, and he stuck with it. It did not go up after he arrived. He was a man of his word. He was truly a GODsend!!
