Such a professional, high-quality restoration of my home (~80% renovation - down to the studs and rebuilt/reframed where needed, with new flooring installed throughout). Isaac and his team at Home Improvements NC did an outstanding job renovating our home. They replaced our floors and carpets, completed essential repairs after our tenants moved out, including fixing toilets and addressing various miscellaneous issues, painted our entire home, and even built us a new shed. We used Isaac to install LVP flooring throughout our whole house in addition to new bathroom vanities, light fixtures, bathtub inserts and roof work! He has an amazing team who works hard to get the job done right. If we ever had a question or wanted something done differently, Isaac was sure to address the issue immediately and have it done! In addition, he goes out of his way to take care of the customer. He is always thinking ahead and offers multiple options if issues arise. Before we met Isaac, we hired a handful of different contractors for other projects (new cabinets, new countertops, building a pantry) but if we could go back - we would have hired Isaac to do it all, the right way. We were also able to let him work in our home while we were at work. Very trustworthy. He’s worth every penny. We have already hired him on for future projects as well. Thanks Isaac!

Bottom line: we are very satisfied with the work that Isaac, Gael, and Veronica did. We started with just a couple of items, but then added more. Covered patio w/ ceiling fans, new roofing, exterior paint, privacy fence w/2 gates, and deck restoration. Isaac offered very reasonable estimates and kept to them. He takes pride in his workmanship and demands it from his crew. He's not afraid of trying new things and is very patient with in-progress changes. They work very hard to get the job done. He also cares about using quality products without overspending. I recommend them for your project.

when is the first time usually I apply 10 % of discount. and when the customer give me frecuely jobs I will give to him financial plans and another's extras discounts or free services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing is call to the customer, do a appointment to visit and see the job, talk with him about the price for project, dude's, ways to do, his budget etc. finally we schedule a date to do the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in some states of EE. UU. Doing differents kind of jobs with big construction companies. right now I'm putting alls things learned on myself bussines.
