I had a great experience with Pro Painters & Home Improvements LLC. They came through on very short notice to fix some poor work left behind by a previous painter in a room of my new home. Their work quality, professionalism, and responsiveness were outstanding from start to finish. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and made the room look exactly how I originally envisioned it. I’m really glad I found them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience I normally try to give contractors the benefit of the doubt, but my experience here was unacceptable. The painting work on my garage walls and floor looked good, but everything that followed made this a very stressful and unprofessional situation. The painter was scheduled to return the next morning to put a shelf and leftover paint cans back into the garage since I was out of town and the property was a rental of mine. He confirmed the time window but never showed up. I reached out repeatedly — multiple text messages, phone calls, and even a message through Thumbtack — and received no response for the entire day. I didn’t hear anything until the following morning, long after the missed appointment in which I again initiated contact. He apologized and offered to make things right by providing a mutually agreed-upon refund amount, which I felt was a fair resolution right? While the complete lack of communication had already damaged my trust, unfortunately the situation only worsened. Over the following week, he repeatedly stated he would send the refund but never followed through. Each promised attempt was met with silence, delay, or avoidance. During one of my calls more than a wee later, he even hung up on me. At this point, the pattern of excuses, unreturned messages, and unkept promises felt dishonest and disingenuous. While the workmanship itself was fine, the communication, professionalism, reliability, and integrity were severely lacking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider and would strongly caution others before hiring. For transparency, I have screenshots of our full message history, all unanswered texts, my Thumbtack messages, and the detailed call log showing the number of times I attempted to reach him. If the business chooses to respond to this review with anything inaccurate or misleading, I will provide this documentation as proof. I prefer to keep this review fair and factual, but I will defend the truth if necessary
