- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Jerry's Scrap It we value customers business and time. Prices are somewhat negotiable and are usually at a flat rate. Customers however must consider time labor and transportation costs involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak on the phone and work out an agreement if it is nearby I can come by and look if it is far away I travel with a travel charge which can be included in the total job price if hired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience working with many different warehousing and equipment and transportation industry related jobs lawn Care sets of children have operated various types of equipment I have been working for people off and on for 15 years doing this business a lot of experience in recycling and metal and salvage breaking things down packing things in loading things up etc
