Jon helped me with a project which involved moving heavy cages, hand-digging soil out of an enclosed area, putting down hardware cloth, refilling the area with dirt, and moving all of the cages back in. It was backbreaking work, and I was happy to have help doing it.

I never seen someone work so hard so fast. I have a very tedious schedule and he understood that. I told him the project and outlook I needed done and he got right on the job after his estimate. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most yard care services, we mulch grass by default, and haul away other debris. There may be a charge for hauling away, but we always take it with us, at "leave at curb" prices. We don't consider a job done until it looks beautiful without any sign we were there!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to teach. Lawn work lets me be out in the fresh air, making customers happy - and it's much less stressful!
