- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial cuts are a little more than scheduled cuts. Higher grass is not a problem but it will also be higher due to amount of time, work, and wear & tear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and how they would like their yard. Explain to them the processes of me maintaining their yard as well as them keeping it up as well
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took some Business Classes, as well as customer service classes. Been working in this field for over 15 years
