- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. Every Lawn is different as well as every client. I want to meet new clients and only charge them for what they really want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me, I visit their yard, we determine their needs, and I mow the grass...super easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of mowing makes perfect!
