• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Pricing varies on the project and the size of the lawn.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like meeting with my customers face to face. I want to hear what they want, their concerns, and as well as what they want their lawn to look like. I look over their concerns or wants and then tell them the necessary steps, needed to complete their needs. I never recommend things that are not necessary, only things that will make your lawn or landscaping projects beautiful. After that, the work begins on making your lawn or landscaping project beautiful.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have been doing lawn care and landscaping for about 12 years. I started with my grandfather and his very successful business when I was around 12 years old. I have learned from the best, and the knowledge that he passed on to me, has helped me make lawns and landscaping projects beautiful.
