I love David, beautiful work. Very pleased. My daughter told David what she wanted and he delivered. There were delays. Tyler doesn't return phone calls. David aims to please. There has been miscommunication about the final inspection from 11/2021.

A tall Pine fell & damaged our roof which needed replacement of a large section. They repaired on Two separate dates, using knowledgeable workers for each job. Everything was done professionally & the workers were polite. They cleaned up afterwards & we are very happy with the repairs. So far so good concerning leaks, as I was a bit worried due to the Weaving in of New & Old shingles...Great job & we would hire again.

Ruben came out today and answered questions on my deck issue as well other problems I thought I'd have to hire other companies for. He spent alot of time making sure I understood my options and his recommendations. After having some work done by another contractor who cut corners, I was not very trusting. But I'm looking forward to working with MDN for 2 projects. So far my experience has been 5 star for timeliness, professionalism and knowledge both with Ruben and Patti.

First and foremost, we meet with our clients at the property to discuss their needs and desires. We factor in short and long term goals to develop a priority list and overall strategy for their home improvement. Directed by a budget and a target scope of work, we deliver only the highest quality of materials available in order to complete the project. Our sales team maintains continual contact with the homeowner throughout the entire home improvement process.

We are factory certified with all manufacturers that we use. We are also VSI certified and licensed, bonded and insured in the state of North Carolina.
