- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not so complicated. We bill our clients monthly based on 4 lessons or weeks per month rather than a calendar month.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Though we offer lessons for classical instruments such as violin and piano our most popular lessons are for guitar, drums, and vocals.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The team here at Thumbtack suggested that we ask our existing customers to come to this site and post a review of our school. The response was immediate and amazing and the things that our customers have had to say are truly humbling. Anyone who reads them will notice that they were all posted within the span of a couple of days and as such they may question their legitimacy. This was a concern for us going in because our customers are extremely loyal and we knew the response would be significant. All this being said, a potential client should know that these reviews are absolutely legitimate, that they are a direct reflection of our history of service, and the loyalty which that service has inspired.
