Introduction: I have 20 plus years doing handyman work for friends, family and neighbors and also 3 different businesses I was involved with. Customer service and exceeding expectations is always most important to me. It’s the best feeling to get a referral call because I went above and beyond for someone else. If you have a “To do List” that’s just not getting done I’m your guy. Services provided include but not limited to; Furniture assembly, TV mounting, shelf installation, appliance installation and repair. Minor electrical and plumbing. John provided excellent service installing our blinds and curtain rods. The quality of his work is exceptional, and he completed the job efficiently. Additionally, he generously shared advice and tips for future blind installations. Beyond the original task, he graciously assisted us in moving a heavy dresser down the stairs to the garage at the last minute. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates within 15 miles of Jacksonville. Would also be willing to give free estimate to the best of my ability over FaceTime or phone call if location is out of the area. I have a $100 minimum on all jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them in person, go over what needs to be done and make a plan that works best for both of us to make it happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of Hard Knocks. Years of hands on experience.
