After dealing with a no show and a cancellation, I called Redtell and someone was on site the next morning, on time. Unfortunately, the main board had to be replaced and a second trip was required. Again, the tech, David, arrived on time and completed the repair as he said the previous day. I was very happy with the technician, the company and the service they provided.
