Austin came over and did my winter prep cleaning. He was very informative and professional. He was on time and did a great job. I used to use GSM but Im very happy that I switched to Roland Black heating and cooling. I also love the fact that they take the time to call and remind you to schedule your 2 yearly cleanings with their monthly package. GSM never called me and honestly probably was hoping I didnt call them so they could just take my money, these guys are on point!

Roland Black came to my home in June 2020. It was warm in here. After the technician did his check of both of my units he gave me several options to rectify. After choosing one he advised me in 3-4 hours your home will feel totally different. With in 2 hours it went from 84 upstairs to 78 degrees. My July bill was 140.00 less than the previous year and my August bill was 120.00 less than the previous years. Thanks RB not only did I get instant savings but I also got great service.
