Heat pump died 2 days after the great ice storm of January 2026. They came out the same day I called. Unfortunately the compressor had failed but Justin quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement. Justin has been my go to technician for several years now and he always does excellent work. As a follow up to the previous post, there was delay due to the subsequent snow storm the next week, which resulted in Clarence coming out another day to install the compressor. Due to an electrical problem in my panel and a couple other issues, the installation carried over to a second day. Despite snow and freezing temperatures, Clarence stuck with it, kept me informed of progress, and now I have a working heat pump. Great customer service and commitment. Thanks!

My husband and I would like to thank all the technicians as well as the Roland Black family for a job well done on my new HVAC system.
