- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get started by Scheduling a Visit to their property for a quote and any questions they may have, we write up an agreement which allows us to use body cameras to ensure fault Incase of damage or anything else that may happen in which we can use in case of a claim, after the job has been completed, we reach out 48 hours later for a follow up to make sure we didn't miss anything and ensure we did a good job and if we missed something we go back and fix it within 72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each Employee has a 7 Day Training period to ensure their ability to complete the job in a efficient and detailed manner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Passion for owning a business and helping people out and it starts right in their home 😊
