So lovely to work with and so helpful with scheduling. I and traveling to Charlotte for a gala and reached out to so many stylist. Most didn't not even respond. Queen responded right away! And has been very helpful and accommodating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A general over the phone (even through text) consultation always helps. New clients describe what look they’re wanting to achieve, tell me what products they like or dislike and what type of skin do they have (oily, dry, in between etc). Clients book with a non refundable booking fee of $20 and a date and time is locked in. The remaining balance/difference is to be paid at the appointment.
