Around 11:30am I submited information on ThumbTack. Within minutes John called, said he available and could be at the house in 30 minutes. Shortly after arriving John called me with information about the repair, pictures of the damage and an estimate. When he completed the initial repair, and tested the service, he discovered additional damage. John called again, explained clearly what else he needed to do, sent another picture and was on his way to get the necessary supplies. The job was complete by 1:30pm. John and his helper Chris were thorough and professional. I really appreciated the way he kept me informed about the what needed repair, and sent before and after pictures. When the repair was complete, John walked through the house with the tenant to make sure all the appliances worked properly, including the AC unit.
