Travis did an amazing job! I could not get my water to turn on and thought the pipes were frozen due to the freezing outside cold temperatures. Because I have a well, I have a well filter. Cause I just bought the house, I was unaware that the filter needed to be changed and that the canister was full of sediment, it needed to ve cleaned out. Thus, it was clogged. Once we unclogged the canister and replaced the filter, instantly, the water came back on with full force that I could finally take a shower and wash clothes after two full weeks! Travis was great!

I would give Travis a 5 on all 5 characteristics, he responded within 10 minutes of request. He offered to come Sunday evening on snow covered roads, we suggested Monday and he was here by 8AM, found the problem and fixed it, charged exactly what was quoted. Asked him about other jobs, some he said he can do, others he said no, he was not qualified. Loved his honesty. Absolutely will refer to friends and family.

Travis and Austin's expertise was exceptional! They diagnosed the issue accurately, determining that the problem was not with the HVAC system, but rather insufficient incoming power to the house. They contacted Duke Energy on my behalf, and a linesman was dispatched to investigate. He discovered that there was inadequate power reaching the main panels in the house, as well as faulty underground wiring. Duke Energy began repairing and replacing the underground wiring the same day. A VERY HIGHLY satisfied customer !!

My husband and I bought our first home, and we started doing mini projects to fix it up. One of the projects consisted of changing all the outdated vanities and replacing them with new ones. I looked around for just your average Joe handyman but came to realize that it needed more than installation since it was an older home. We found Travis and his team, and we couldn't be happier. Travis not only has a ton of experience, but he also genuinely wants to do a good job and will not leave until it's done at 100% satisfaction. He did a careful job and replaced our pipes, installed the vanities/ faucets, and installed our kitchen faucet. There was some confusion about the initial visit, after sharing about a dishwasher not getting water, FaceTiming details of the machine he determined it was the pump. Quoted me $185 for parts and two hours of labor. He arrived and spent about twenty minutes making the repair and charged me $240. He demonstrated that the machine was running. Later I realized that the motor was running, but no water was being sent, which was the original problem. I sent multiple unanswered text messages and finally stopped payment of the fees paid. Suddenly I heard from him, but he abruptly stopped the call stating he would call right back. Nevertheless, I called the bank and approved the payment. 24 hours later he apparently realized he’d forgotten, and called again to schedule an appointment, but suddenly entered a tunnel and the call was dropped. He texted me to provide that information. It’s 5:01 on the appointment day, and I’ve heard nothing. I understand that issues come up, but it’s not ok to take payment and then not repair the equipment.
