I needed help with a shortage in my wiring. Benjamin responded quickly to set up an appointment the same day! I had to make several changes to my meeting time but he was super patient and worked with my schedule. The work was done and he gave me education on how to use the new equipment and how to avoid problems. He even worked with my budget when I wanted something I couldn’t afford right now , by showing me an alternative solution. And it works better than what I thought I wanted.
