From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was being done. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but the pricing was also transparent and reasonable. Just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You to Caleb! He responded to the emergency quickly and was able to locate the issue and get it fixed asap. When unexpected issues came up he worked longer hours to get us fixed and back to normal pronto! Can't say Thank you enough!

I messaged this listing for a small leak in my water heater pipe. He charged me $250 and was there for a max of 30 minutes. He originally told me 2pm. Then later told me he overbooked himself and it’d be a little over an hour later. I sent payment, he said he’d send an invoice, but i have not received anything, almost a week later. The issue didn’t require anything but a new hose/pipe. next time, i’ll do it myself. Appreciate the fix, but if you’re considering this business, get different quotes. You’d probably be better off finding someone in Home Depot who can do it.
